Power of attorney given to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, by Ruqayah Baygum, daughter of Mirza Muhammad Ja‘far Jarrah [the surgeon] from Shiraz, who was married to Mirza Ahmad and now is Aqa ‘Ali Aqa's wife, in order to get her mahr (according to the marriage contract) from Mirza Sadra and Haji Mirza Aqa, brothers of Mirza Ahmad, and to get her share of Mirza Ahmad's inheritance. After the death of Karbalayi Hasan, the son of Karbalayi Husayn, his belongings were divided between his two inheritors: his brother, ‘Ali Akbar, and his wife, Rubabah Khanum. In addition, the household furnishings that belonged to Rubabah Khanum were delivered to her.

Letter requesting confirmation of Mirza ʻAli Khan Mustawfi Bashi's transfer of all his belongings and properties to his wife before he had passed away. The writer emphasizes that Mirza ʻAli Khan had included all buildings, animals, and household furnishings in this tranfer; that the rest of his inheritors have no claim on these properties; any such claim on their part is not valid. It requests that the addressee confirm the truth of this statement in case there is need for it; dated September 1896.

Malik Nisa‘ Khanum, the daughter of Ja‘far and the wife of the late Karbalayi ‘Ali, transfers her share of inheritance and mahr to Karbalayi ‘Ali's sons, Hasanquli, Husaynquli, and Ahmad, in exchange for 19 tumans and five thousand tumans.

Affidavit, 1802
The document reads, in part: "It is stated that Gul Bibi, the wife of Sayyid Jaʻfar, was previously the wife of the deceased Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar. The deceased Mirza Abu al-Hasan had previously calculated the value of Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar's belongings and realized that all the properties were equal to Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar's wife's mahr and, based on shariʻah law, he had given them all to her. The affiants should write their names and seal this document so that it becomes valid. December 1802 or January 1803." On the margin, Jahan Banu and Hasan have testified as affiants."

Khayr al-Nisa’ Khanum, the daughter of Ya‘qub, has given her share of inheritance to her husband, Karbalayi Hasanquli, the son of ‘Abbas, for four tumans and some rock candy. She has also forgiven her right over her mahr.

Dividing the inheritance of Muhammad, 1921
Since he had not left any will, after Muhammad's death, his belongings were divided among the inheritors: Ma‘sumah Khanum (his wife), Ana Khanum (his daughter), and Nur Allah and Ahmad (his underage children). It is noted that after receiving her share, Ma‘sumah Khanum loses any claim to her mahr and can separate her share after four years.
